In the heart of Hanoi, amidst the bustling city life, a love story began. Not a typical love story, but a love affair with the art of the croissant. It all started with Thu, a young baker with wanderlust and a whisk. Thu's travels took her across continents, where she fell in love with the delicate layers and buttery goodness of the croissant. Inspired, she returned to Hanoi with a suitcase full of dreams and a head full of recipes. That's how Croi Croi was born. A bakery dedicated to sharing Thu’s passion and the pure pleasure of the perfect croissant. Because at Croi Croi, we believe every bite is a celebration, a chance to savor a little bit of buttery happiness. The tiramisu croissants are a touch on the sweet side for me. Perhaps offering a plain option would be nice. But I really like the chocolate filling which is rich and decadent, a perfect complement to the croissant.
